UV Cure Film Adhesives
Solventless B stage adhesives and coatings that utilize UV, or
radiation cure. These adhesives are based on epoxy, acrylate, vinyl or thiol-ene chemistries and are also
available as all heat cure versions.
CTECH
has introduced a full line of proprietary technology that allows
UV curing to be used at either the B or C stage of this process. Advantages
include lower heat or no heat – UV – in the final stage. Also there are
no solvents at any stage so faster and lower concern processing is realized.
