Product Descriptions
CTECH™ CT100-NF.
The CT100-NF is a very low cost UV lamp that cures proprietary CTECH
chemistry for coating and structural applications. It is best suited for decorative coatings, CTECH delay cure
epoxies and bondline curing. The range of CTECH chemistry makes this lamp a practical tool for prototyping,
novelties and crafts and some manufacturing applications.
CTECH™ CT400 Flood Series.
These lamps are powerful, yet economical UV lamps designed to cure our
solventless, one-part coatings and adhesives for a wide variety of industrial and trade uses.
- CT400 Flood.
This lamp has a 8 ½ " x 12" head that contains the bulb and
reflector, mounted on a 22" stand, which is designed to give a uniform illumination of a 7" x 6" area at a
distance of 4" from the housing. At this distance the intensity is about 115 mW/cm2 when measured with a
device centered at 365 nm. The bulb delivers a broad range of wavelengths from 250 - 500 nm, which will
cure materials much faster than if only the 365 nm radiation were delivered. The bulb delivers 1000 hours
of continuous use before dropping to 50% intensity.
The rugged ballasted power supply also functions as the bottom of the unit and will provide long life.
For transport the head should be lowered to the base and can be carried by the handle on the head.
There is a 7-½ foot cord between the units allowing the lamp head to be easily mounted for use at any
distance or height. The light proof plastic shield should be used during operation. Light proof boxes
with door and shelves are also available.
- CT400 Solid State.
With the same reliable and proven 400W bulb as used in the rest
of the industry, this lamp utilizes fully solid state electronics that allows the power supply to be
integrated into the same head as the bulb and reflector for a one piece unit. The unit is switchable to
Lo/Hi power with universal input voltages.
The entire lamp is a 8 ½ " x 12" unit mounted on a 22" stand, which is designed to give a
uniform illumination of a 7" x 7" area at a distance of 4" from the housing. At this distance the
intensity is about 200 mW/cm2 when measured with a device centered at 365 nm. The bulb delivers a broad
range of wavelengths from 250 - 500 nm, which will cure materials much faster than if only the 365 nm
radiation were delivered. The bulb delivers 1000 hours of continuous use before dropping to 50% intensity.
The light proof plastic shield should be used during operation. Light proof boxes with door and shelves are
also available.
- UV Conveyor Systems.
Compact, benchtop, light shielded conveyor systems are offered that
house our economical 400W UV lamps for in-line curing. The unique attributes of these 36" long by 6" wide by
12" high systems are the following options. The six-inch bulb direction is easily rotated from perpendicular
to parallel to the belt direction to accommodate a variety of assembly sizes. In addition a manual crank
adjusts the lamp height and rails on the conveyor adjust the width from 2 - 6 inches. The units come with an
internal blower and runs on 110V input.
CTECH™ 50W Wand.
CTECH supplies a UV curing wand system at significant savings from the competition
and it uses the same industry standard Osram bulb! A small footprint of 7 ½" depth x 9 ½" height x 5" width with
a proven ballasted power supply, shutter and foot switch make this unit equivalent in performance to anyone! A
100W option is also available.
