CTECH is concentrating on four major market segments and several
smaller sets of opportunities that all utilize chemistry and lamps.
Electronic Markets
Coatings for PC boards, IC chip attachment adhesives, UV cure conductive
adhesives and wire tacking products are available from CTECH. This is a large and diverse market where our
technologies compete very effectively on select applications. CTECH has screen and stencil printable
versions of their products available.
Glass Related Industries
Glass furniture, tableware and windshield repair all use structural UV
adhesives. Coatings and adhesives are also used extensively in the photonics industry on opotical fibers, connectors,
lenses, gratings and displays that need functional coatings.
New Markets for UV Products
Present UV lamps cost end users from $3K - $12K per unit. This cost is
prohibitive for many potential customers who can afford CTECH adhesives, but not the lamps currently on the market.
Small electronic shops doing short run or prototype production, figurine and novelty assembly shops could all utilize UV
adhesives if lamps were available for $500 - $2000. CTECH can provide proprietary, long-life lamps at these price points.
Decorative and Novelty Applications
Protective and aesthetic coatings are used in large volume on numerous decals and
nameplates for appliances and vehicles. Coatings that accept dye sublimation art are affixed to coffee mugs, light
switch plates and other surfaces. CTECH has novel technology for these areas. Anti-skid, anti-friction coatings are available as well.
Memory Storage Market
Hard drives, ZIP drives and optical drives all use adhesives in many
steps of their assembly. CTECH has read-write head, coil and motor bonding adhesives and conformal coating products
that pass the stringent industry testing.
Medical Device Assembly
From needles to operating room blood oxygenators, the plastics used are bonded
with radiation cureables. The ultra clean, versatile curing products developed by CTECH for the above markets are also
the technology needed for the medical market.

UV curable hard coatings for protection from
abrasion, chemicals, weathering. Increase the hardness of many plastics and films.
